Complaint Delayed delivery and Gas Quality

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to inform you that I had booked the refill on 10/6/2015, but so far the refill has not been delivered. Nowadays the refill delivery gets delayed quite often.

    Another issue is that while using some of the indane refill cylinders the flame from the burners turn to yellowish red instead of blue. I understand that only pure LPG gives out blue flame. Please look into these two issues and advise.
