Non Delivery of LPG Cylinder - Customer No. 01958Henry Pinto on 2015-03-16 10:21:42
Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that I had booked your Indane gas cylinder on 16-2-2015, but todate 16-3-2015, gas cylinder has not been delivered to me. I have been calling your office almost everyday and I get the answer that it will be delivered today or tomorrow. I request you to look into this matter and advise.

Dear Sir/ Madam.
This is to inform you that i have booked the gas as of 1st week of may and cash memo message received as of 12/5/2015. i called your office today female rep who spoke told that delivery boy(Vijay) is not able to trace the address. I informed he delivered the gas next house and he knows the address, she gave vijay cell number and i contacted him he told cylinder is not available. now female representative told i have not updated the address accurately, so the delivery boy is not able to trace the location. however asked cash memo was received on 12/5/2015, y the delivery is so late. she told she is not aware of it, she sounded very rude, she was interrupting, had no patience to listen to the customer. she sounded very rude and hung the call. called her again and asked her name as i wanted to complaint about the service, she has provided. i want an action to be taken against the representative so that feedback should be given to her, and also work on telephone etiquette.

This is to inform you that I had booked gas refill on 10/6/2015, but so far the refill has not been delivered. Kindly take action to speed up the delivery. Even earlier I had similar experience.
One more issue is that while using some of the refills we get yellow flames from the burner, when we checked with Indane office at Capitanio, we did not get any specific answer. I understand that the pure LPG should give a pure blue flame. Yellow flame means the LPG is not pure. Please advise.

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I had booked the refill on 10/6/2015, but so far the refill has not been delivered. Nowadays the refill delivery gets delayed quite often.
Another issue is that while using some of the indane refill cylinders the flame from the burners turn to yellowish red instead of blue. I understand that only pure LPG gives out blue flame. Please look into these two issues and advise.

I would like to bring to your notice that I had booked for gas refill as of 26/08/2015, cash memo generated, received the text message for gas delivery and Lpg Subsidy credited to my savings acct, however I not received the cylinder, enquired the same with the agency rep snd informed me that IOCL credits the funds in advance, while he was fooling. I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action as gas is misused.

KFCSC kankanady did not deliver cylinder. Invoice came on 1.4.2020 Wednesday . On 2.4.2020 Thursday, message came that “ delivered.” Today is 9.4.2020.
Not yet delivered. I am 90 years old , bedridden and living with 85 year old wife.
Can I get any help. The distributor is not attending phone

Service has been very bad several times since I took connection five years back. Long delay in supplying cylinders. Moreover,non attending to complaints especially leakage etc.Very arrogant and also harassing type. I strongly feel of withdrawing the service and switching over to other gas agencies.
