    I booked OLA Prime Sedan Outstation cab from Lane 9 , Choudhary Park , Dighi Gaon Pune to Ashtvinayak Building, Malwani MHADA Malad West Mumbai on dt 25th Dec 2022 at 2:52 PM. Ride started and we were feeling uncomfortable for this Pune to Mumbai ride due to reasons as,
    1. Vehicle shockups condition was not okay. Driver confirmed on it.
    2. Vehicle was vibrating and it was giving loud noise while running.
    3. Vehicle was not clean.
    4. Driver was not wearing seat belt and his vehicle seat belt indication not working.
    Due to these above reasons, we asked for another vehicle arrangement and other driver also. Driver called his owner Shinde. He said if you are unconformable then he will cancel the ride and asked us to book another ride. Therefore, driver quickly cancelled the ride.
    We (with Family) travelled only 2 kms of distance and we got the bill of Rs. 1207. (included All fare)
    I called support team and they said my money would not get refund back so I asked for higher manager. Helpdesk said, I would get call within 4 hours. I got couple of calls after some time and they disconnecting without speaking.

    How can it is possible for Rs. 1207 for only 2 Kms. of ride and uncomfortable vehicle?
