I have book Ola cab for Nagarjuna sagar and from their to Srisailam. The Driver name is Krishna Singh whose phone No. 9642102012. Firstly i have given Rs.1000/- for petrol and again given Rs.1000- for petrol i.e., totally i gave Rs.2000/- to the driver. After completion of destination. He charged Rs.7780/- for total trip i gave Rs.8000/- but i forgot to deduct Rs.2000/-. When i asked he postponed from day to day and at one stage he is not lifting the phone. Serious action must be taken. It causes bad reputation to OLA company.
Kindly solve the issue as early as possible.

I added 500 rs in ola money through google pay. But it is debited from the account and still not showing in ola money.

After long time I don't have run my car so how can login my driver app

Can driver picked us up near 2pm from Airoli and dropped at virar station near 4:45 but he did not ended and continued the ride till 8pm due to which our bill has exceed from 700 to 1500 .

Refer my today's booking . driver canceled the urgent trip of business corporate account. This has created intense pressure to start my trip and had to other alternative. This is second time in this week. This is not acceptable.

Main ne driver ko cass payment kiya tha toh mujhe company se call kyu aare hai mujhe call nhi aane chaiya ok

Many drivers are refusing to put on AC saying it is not applicable to Mini only applicable for sedan .
In the list of complaints in OLA app why OLA is not including this item so customer can raise this complaint. OIt seems OLA management itself avoiding this issue allowing customers to suffer .

This issue is mainly in Karnataka and Tamilnadu , Maharashtra is good , no complaint.

On two occasions I booked Ola cab from Mumbai airport to Kalyan but after completing my journey I didn't get invoice copy from my apps. I don't why its happening anything fishy?
