    Check it today in Room No 209 A. Complaint to the Reception to change the room as Room was Dirty,Curtain was Dirty and requested the Receiption to change the rooms to upper deck who once told that they will shift us in some time after waiting for 30 min they told rooms are alloted and will take time or else we should have put request at the time of check-in for the same can you please explain that without checkin how could we know the room is not upto mark.We request you to kindly look into the matter
