Check it today in Room No 209 A. Complaint to the Reception to change the room as Room was Dirty,Curtain was Dirty and requested the Receiption to change the rooms to upper deck who once told that they will shift us in some time after waiting for 30 min they told rooms are alloted and will take time or else we should have put request at the time of check-in for the same can you please explain that without checkin how could we know the room is not upto mark.We request you to kindly look into the matter

Awaiting my refund money past 2months. Have been following up but no one gives a reply only the phone is transferred. Prashant who is in the accounts department only say give me time. Since 1 1/2 month he has not gotten the time to refund my money.
The booking has been done in name of Mohit Khemka and payment has been done from Swati Khemka account.
Hope u will have the time to look into this matter.

I have reached to Reception to speak with them, but they were not responding me properly. They were avoiding me. I have given them my Contact No. which is 7276075346. We will really appreciate if you Contact with your staff and ask them to search my JBL Speaker Flip 5 Bluetooth.
