Dear sir,
I tried to book my ticket from DMK TO RNC in Dumka Ranchi Intercity my amount is deducted but transaction got failed and results amount deducted but no ticket booke.
I am attaching sms of amount deduction
(Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 622XX6531 for a purchase worth Rs268 on POS SBIRCTC at IRCTC txn# 510521327788.)
Hope i will got return my money as soon as possible.
