    Hi Team,

    My name is SANDEEP. I have a DNA subscription since many years ago,but I am fade up with responses getting from DNA. My subscriptions was expired in the month of AUG-18, thats why I gave cheque of Amt-699/- in the name of DNA on dated 13/08/18, I have Receipt also.but unfortunately my cheque was bounced . so I called up to DNA office at Lower parel,and request them to take my payment ONLINE , that time they said ok, then I made a payment online, after some days back my paid amt was revers in account , so I called to DNA for the same, then they said We cant take a payment from a customer who's cheque got bounced, neither by cheque nor by online.
    I am not expecting these kind kind of responses from such a big reputed newspaper company,this will affect reputation of the company in market as well as in the minds of customers, I am very thankful to company if you start my subscription, otherwise i have to share my bad experience to society, I believe you will definitely going to help me, eagerly waiting for your reply...
