Inquiry for newspaper subscription.

Hi Team,

My name is SANDEEP. I have a DNA subscription since many years ago,but I am fade up with responses getting from DNA. My subscriptions was expired in the month of AUG-18, thats why I gave cheque of Amt-699/- in the name of DNA on dated 13/08/18, I have Receipt also.but unfortunately my cheque was bounced . so I called up to DNA office at Lower parel,and request them to take my payment ONLINE , that time they said ok, then I made a payment online, after some days back my paid amt was revers in account , so I called to DNA for the same, then they said We cant take a payment from a customer who's cheque got bounced, neither by cheque nor by online.
I am not expecting these kind kind of responses from such a big reputed newspaper company,this will affect reputation of the company in market as well as in the minds of customers, I am very thankful to company if you start my subscription, otherwise i have to share my bad experience to society, I believe you will definitely going to help me, eagerly waiting for your reply...

I have paid annual subscription in August, but not received coupons so far. In between one lady called from your office and told me that coupons will be sent within 15 days, but not received. I have been subscribing to your paper since 2009. But you are continuosely supporting NDA government even if they failed in so many fronts. As your chairman was given rajyasabha seat you are supporting NDA government. As a forth estate media should play a watch dog, but your paper ignored it. If you dont change your stand, I will shift to some other paper.

Hello iir/Madam, I am a resident of kharghar (navi mumbai) have paid Rs. 699 through cheque no. 188377 on 15/09/2018 but not at received cioupons book. I complained earlier also but no action taken from your side. My vendor is asking to pay rs. 130 per months for last 6 months. So i demand you to send coupons booklet or refund my amount immediately.

I am a senior citizen and a very loyal reader of DNA for years.
My only concern is why "Money"page is not attached in DNA.Why it was abruptly stopped?
Sr.citizens like me are very unhappy with this change.We need this page for our financial investments guidance.
Kindly start it immediately.

I want to inform you that I had registered for air hostess course in your institute on the condition that you will refund my fees if loan will not sanctioned on my bank statement by your link with HDFC Bank Moti Nagar,Delhi.The contact person ABDUS SALAM of your south ex branch and got admission on reference of frankfin staff (Simran) contact-7292020078 had promised for refund of fees if loan is not sanctioned and I am not able to get admission on full and final payment because my financial condition is not good that's why I choosen education loan on the above mentioned condition I got admission now I am not eligible by bank so your frankfinn branch is denying for refund.so,it's my humble request to please refund my admission fees I will not continue my study I am telling u I had not taken any single class from your institute yet and your staff have no manners to talk to student he is misbehaving when I put up my issue.

I have subscribed for DNA newspaper. Request you to please let me know the date when my subscriptions ends. The subscription could be in My name (Nita Colaco - Cell no. 9930062114) or my husband's name (Denis Colaco - cell no. 9664718779). Actually the newspaper vendor has changed and they are unable to find our subscription coupons.
