    Dear sir,
    Today I visited your restaurant Ashok vihar branch for Dinner with family. We ordered 3 pizza onion manani and we got ordered few minutes when was eating a pizza it's very thin crust,bread crumbs in my hand, all side approx 2 inches was totally hard as rubber as corrective action same pizza I shown to counter boy name Mr. Rahul and he was saying sir we left 1.5 inches from all sides I shock to heard about his statement then I told that I am having pizza from couple of years I know the quality of Domino's then I demand a complaint book for same . After few minutes Mr. Nand Kumar came to us with feedback book he was saying sir u can write down about our quality of food
    Sir I have wasted all three pizzas .
    Plz find the attached pic for your reference.
    Sir why should visit only Domino's- only good quality of food but pathetic quality of food.(Ashok vihar).
    Sir wat about your training programme.
    Sir why not you do food spot check to cross check the outlet quality.
    Sir wat about your pizza recipe - they are not following & ingredients ( eventually they are not measured while pouring)
    Sir ambiance was bed - lots of flies ,all tables was dirty.
    Sir wat about value of money
    Sir sorry Ur quality is going down, service pathetic - people is telling false statements.(Rahul)
    Sir kindly hire the educated & trained crew member who can handle the complaint or order.
    Sir Ur cash process is also poor as they have rejected to accept my card as machine is not getting signal as per cashier I have only one machine as per Mr nand Kumar we dont accept card after 11 p.m. as per company policy but I have place an order 10:42 p.m. as per Ur invoice.


    I request you to kindly investigate and taken action against the staff on duty for their negligence and rude behaviour.
