Today I was dialling sector 120, noida domino at RG residency but no one was picking calls. After an hour when I visited dominos, I found counter rep Koushendra was not picking any calls. When I asked him why he is not taking calls, there was no response and when I checked for store manager, he gave very cold look and start entertaining other customers. Is this the response we can expect from dominos team. Pls look into this as this has highly dissatisfied me

Hi, Actualy yesterday I ordered 2 midium Pizza in Shoprix mall meerut store. I ordered in offer sceme in which 1 pizza@295 and if we take 2, It will be charge 199 each pizza. So the total cost of 2 pizzas is 470 (including GST). But the counter person charge me 700(including GST) and also misbehave me and insult me in front of my friends. I am existing customer of Dominos and also i ordered some pizzas in 13 Oct in noida in same sceme, thats was correct. So, pls help me otherwise I will go to next step. My moblie no. Is 9711565251.

Is/was very bad in taste,No vegi, was only cheese and filled with some white nasty sause/cream. More than 50% thrown in the dustbin. Really very disappointed with Domino's.Paid Rs.215.00 for small pizza. Bad experience.

1 25 02 2018 I am purchase a pizza. Not received a chilly flag and any packet. (I am complaint a senior domino's customers care),
2. 27 02 2018. After store managers is saying I am already give a 3 free pizza. Why you send me a free pizza. It's your mistake. You pizza is not good. After you give me a free pizza. But I am return a my purchase pizza.
After store manager said I am stop your services.
3. Today 28 02 2018 at 06 pm I am reagain purchase pizza. I received. After few hours I am purchase online domino's pizza but not received. He say your services stop.

Request and taken action. I am daily and regular customer.

I am Hardeep Singh purchasing a pizza from domino's daily. I am regular customer of domino's since 4 year. I complaint three time during 4 year. Two time domino's yamunanagar realised there mistake. And replaced my order.i am order 2 time double cheese Margita cheese bust with paneer onion. And yamunanagar domino's deliver only double cheese Margita cheese bust without paneer and onion. It Is due to domino's yamunanagar mistake. They released their mistake and deliver order after replacing pizza.
( I have complaint three time during four year. After domino's is realised complaint and replaced pizza. Why domino's yamunagar replaced my pizza it's mean he released mistake after replace my order. )

2. Before 20 days I order to deliver a pizza. But I received without chilly flag and any packet . They deliver order which is not according to my requirement I complaint customer care domino's that I am satisfied with your pizza order. Domino's yamunangar replied this they will not issue me any pizza in futher. Next day I received a call of another manager. He told me that you are a regular and good customer.. In my presence this mistake not happened. He feel sorry And requested me to pick up two time pizza order and they will delived pizza at your home. After I am pick up 3 time my order very good quality and yummy. And I received two time pizza at my home.
3. Today I am order for pizza online . After domino's call me he told me to collect pizza from domino's. (they are sending pizza at my home during last 4 year) . Why he not deliver my pizza at my home. I have not received my pizza order at my home. My order number is 268. Domino's send me message ( your order number 268 has been cancelled at our restaurant. We apologies for inconvenience caused. Money will be auto refunded in 7 working days for paid order) . This not good behavior of dominos.

Today I visited your restaurant Ashok vihar branch for Dinner with family. We ordered 3 pizza onion manani and we got ordered few minutes when was eating a pizza it's very thin crust,bread crumbs in my hand, all side approx 2 inches was totally hard as rubber as corrective action same pizza I shown to counter boy name Mr. Rahul and he was saying sir we left 1.5 inches from all sides I shock to heard about his statement then I told that I am having pizza from couple of years I know the quality of Domino's then I demand a complaint book for same . After few minutes Mr. Nand Kumar came to us with feedback book he was saying sir u can write down about our quality of food
Sir I have wasted all three pizzas .
Plz find the attached pic for your reference.
Sir why should visit only Domino's- only good quality of food but pathetic quality of food.(Ashok vihar).
Sir wat about your training programme.
Sir why not you do food spot check to cross check the outlet quality.
Sir wat about your pizza recipe - they are not following & ingredients ( eventually they are not measured while pouring)
Sir ambiance was bed - lots of flies ,all tables was dirty.

Sir Ur cash process is also poor as they have rejected to accept my card as machine is not getting signal as per cashier I have only one machine as per Mr nand Kumar we dont accept card after 11 p.m. as per company policy but I have place an order 10:42 p.m. as per Ur invoice.


I request you to kindly investigate and taken action against the staff on duty for their negligence and rude behaviour.
