This is to bring into your attention that street lights are not working in sector 35G, Kharghar, installed between Mahaavir Heritage & Hyde park. There is thin road between backside of Mahaavir Heritage & Hyde Park. Lights are not working on this road. Please resolve this matter on urgent basis. I will propose someone from Cidco team should check street lights installed in Kharghar on regular basis to maintain it appropriately.

I am residing in Flat no 12 of E-12 of Geetanjali CHS,sector 46, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.
There is been continuous leakage in my ceiling due to some modification done by the owner staying exactly upstairs of my flat.
This is been observed since last 3 to 4 years and we are been complaining the same to the owner continuously, we have also repaired this many times, but the leakage still exist.
Also the owner of the neighborhood flat is adamant to repair or pay for the repair done, even the society committee is not taking this matter seriously or taking any action to repair...
Due to continuous leakage the ceiling of our flat is becoming weak and soon some parts may fall off and can he fatal as well.
We need help from CIDCO Authorities to intervene in this matter.

Roads in Kharghar Sector 30 are never cleaned.All rubbish can be seen scattered on the roads inside sector 30.People here, are not aware of cleanliness.many of them are illiterate.so there is need for social awareness about cleanliness with banners ,posters Ect.

मी, श्री राजेंद्र बापूराव जगताप एस-201 वृन्दावन (जी+3) सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्था मर्या, प्लॉट-52, सेक्टर-9, खांदा कॉलनी, नवीन पनवेल (प)- 410 206 या संस्थेत राहतो व सदर संस्थेचा मी सभासद आहे व सदर संस्थेत एकूण 357 सभासद आहेत. सदर संस्थेची नोंदणी सन 2006 मध्ये झाली.

मी आपणांस कळवू इच्छितो की, सदर संस्थेत सहकार वर्ष 2006-2007 ते सन 2016-2018 पर्यंत एकच संचालक मंडळ कार्यरत होत. सदर संस्थेच्या संचालक मंडळात सन 2006 ते मार्च 2018 पर्यंत श्री सुहास बाबुराव नलवडे आणि श्री संदीप भिवा वीर सतत बारा वर्षे संचालक म्हणून कार्यरत होते.

संस्थेची सन 2017-2018 ते सन 2022-2023 या पाच वर्षांच्या कालावधीसाठी संचालक मंडळासाठी सहनिबंधक सहकारी संस्था (सिडको), रायगड भवन, तिसरा मजला, सी बी डी बेलापूर, नवी मुंबई यांच्या अधिपत्याखाली दि 25/03/2018 रोजी निवडणूक झाली.

तरी निवडणूक नियमानुसार ज्या सभासदांना सन 2002 नंतर तिसरे अपत्य असेल तर तो सभासद निवडणुकीसाठी उमेदवार म्हणून अपात्र असेल व निवडणूक लढवू शकत नाही.

परंतु श्री सुहास बाबुराव नलवडे आणि श्री संदीप भिवा वीर या दोन्ही सभासदांना सन 2007 नंतर तिसरे अपत्य असूनसुद्धा त्यांनी निवडणूक कार्यालयास फक्त दोनच अपत्य असल्याची माहिती देऊन निवडणूक प्राधिकरणाची फसवणूक व दिशाभूल करून आणि कायद्याचे उल्लंघन करून निवडणुकीत विजयी झाले आणि सध्या ते संचालक मंडळात बेकायदेशीरपणे कार्यरत आहेत. संचालक मंडळातील सर्व सदस्यांना याबाबत माहिती असूनसुद्धा त्यांना पाठीशी घालून अभय देत आहेत. संचालक मंडळात एकूण 17 सद्स्य आहेत तरी याबाबत सर्व संचालकांची सही असलेले शपथपत्र घ्यावे अशी माझी विनंती आहे.

सदर तीन अपत्यांबाबतची तक्रार अर्ज निवडणूक दिनांकापूर्वी आणि निवडणुकीनंतर निवडणूक निर्णय अधिकारी, सहनिबंधक सहकारी संस्था (सिडको), सी बी डी बेलापूर, रायगड भवन, तिसरा मजला, नवी मुंबई आणि आयुक्त/सचिव, राज्य सहकारी निवडणूक प्राधिकरण, पुणे आणि सहकार आयुक्त व निबंधक, पुणे याना वारंवार भ्रमणध्वनीद्वारे तोंडी आणि लेखी काळवूनसुधा संबंधीत प्राधिकार्यांनी कोणतीही कार्यवाही केलेली दिसत नाही व याबाबत मला अद्यापपर्यंत काहीही लेखी कळविले नाही.

मी बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिकेच्या सेवेत कार्यरत असून माझी तीन अपत्यांबाबतची तक्रार खरी आहे. जर माझी तक्रार आपणांस खोटी वाटत असेल तर माझ्यावर फसवणुकीचा गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात यावा आणि कायद्याने कठोर कायदेशीर कारवाई करण्यात यावी.

तरी माझी आपणांस कळकळीची विनंती आहे कि सदर तक्रारीबाबत आपल्या कार्यालयामार्फत सखोल व निष्पक्ष चौकशी करण्यात यावी किंवा C I D अथवा C B I मार्फत चौकशी करून मला न्याय देण्यात यावा ही विनंती.

खालील तीन संचालकांनी सन 2007 नंतर तिसरे अपत्य असूनसुद्धा दोनच अपत्य असल्याची माहिती दिली आहे.

साहेब उपरोक्त विषयान्वये संचिका क्र. के ६६ कोपरीपाडा सेक्टर 26 A वाशी नवी मुंबई येथील सिडको कडून मूळ संचिका मिळत नसून हरविल्यामुळे, माहिती अधिकारी अधिनियम २००५ अन्ववे मा. राज्यमाहिती आयोग कोकण भवन यांचे अपिल क्र. के. आर. ३५३८/२०१७ च्या दिनांक :- १५/०३/२०१८ व दिनांक :- १४/०५/२०१८ च्या आयोगाने सिडकोला त्रिदीय समीती श्री. पी. बी. राजपूत विकास अधिकारी मुख्य नियंत्रक अनधिकृत विभाग याने संचिका क्र. के ६६ मधील भूखंड क्रमांक १७० मध्ये बांधलेली बाळकृष्ण सदन इमारत कोपरगांव सेक्टर २६ वाशी नवी मुंबई येथे प्रत्यक्ष साईट व्हीजीट देऊन यांना सदर इमारत हि अनधिकृत आहे असे आम्हाला सिडकोला वाटते. ती कायदेशीर बिल्डिंग बांधकामाची कागदपत्रे आम्हास द्या नाहीतर सदर बिल्डिंग आम्ही तोडणार अशी भूखंड धारक व विकासक यांना दमदाटी करून सदर भूखंडाची झेरॉक्स (फोटो कॉफी) कागतपत्र सिडको अधिकाऱ्याने घेतले आहेत मी सिडको कार्यलयात पाहणी केली असता सदर फाईल वर के ६६ असा उल्लेख नाही. या बाबत जनमाहिती अधिकारी श्री. किरण घरत यांना विचारले की के ६६ हि मूळ फाईल तुमच्या सिडको कडील कोठे आहे यावर त्यांच्या कडून मला काहिही उत्तर मिळत नाही, नंतर दिनांक :- ०३/१०/२०१८ रोजी मी सिडकोचे जनमाहिती अधिकारी किरण घरत व मुख्य भूमापन अधिकारी श्री. पडवळ साहेब यांना परत भेटलो व म्हणाले की तुमच्या त्रिदीय समितीच्या रिपोर्ट अहवाल मा. राज्यमाहिती आयोगास केव्हा सादर करणार तेव्हा ते म्हणाले की वसाहत विभाग शहर सेवा भाग 2 (इस्टेटचा) रिपोर्ट आला नाही म्हणून मी सिडको वसाहत अधिकारी सिडको त्रिदीय समितीचे श्री. डी. एस. चौरे साहेब यांना भेटलो तेव्हा ते म्हणाले कि मी माझा अहवाल दिनांक :- १८/०९/२०१८ रोजी श्री. पडवळ साहेब यांना दिला आहे परंतु ते म्हणतात की आम्हास रिपोर्ट मिळालाच नाही. सदर रिपोर्टची (अहवाल) ची झेरॉक्स प्रत त्यांची मी दाखविली असता त्यावर त्यांच्या कडून काहिही उत्तर न देता सिडको अधिकारी सदर फाईल बाबत दुर्लक्ष टाळाटाळ का करीत आहेत हेच असून सिडकोचे मा. व्यवस्थापकिय संचालक यांना रिपोर्ट सादर करत का नाही ते हा अहवाल सादर करतील का ? हि शंका वाटत असून आपल्या कडून त्वरित कडक उचीत कार्यवाही करावी हि विनंती कारण के. ६६ या संचिके मध्ये माझे सासरे कै. बाळकृष्ण कळू भोईर यांना सिडकोने वाढीव भूखंड सावकार - श्री. अरविंद भगवान महाजन, व कुल बाळकृष्ण कळू भोईर यांचे नावे १८ भूखंड दिलेली समजते, आणि सासरे श्री. बाळकृष्ण कळू भोईर याचे निधन ०८/०५/२००६ रोजी झाले असून, माझी पत्नी त्यांची मुलगी असून सौ. कमल अरुण मुंबईकर रा. मु.पो. चिरनेर ता. उरण जि. रायगड यांच्या सिडको मध्ये सह्या, अंघुठे कोणी केले, हा सवंशय असून सदर के.६६ कोपरीपाडा सेक्टर 26 A वाशी नवी मुंबई येथील मूळ संचिका के. ६६ ही मला मिळावी, करण मूळ संचिका सिडको कार्यालयात असते तर दुसरी तशीच संचिका शेतकऱ्यांच्या कडे असते, तरी मूळ संचिका मला मिळावी ही विनंती व ती सिडकोने द्यावी ही नम्र विनंती हे कळावे.

साहेब उपरोक्त विषयान्वये संचिका क्र. के ६६ कोपररीपाडा सेक्टर २६ ए वाशी नवी मुंबई दिनांक :- ०८/११/२०१६ रोजी माहितीचा अधिकार अधिनियम २००५ अन्ववे सदर संचिकेतील कागतपत्रे मिळावी या साठी अर्ज केला, त्या वेळी वसाहत विभाग शहर सेवा २ पहिला मजला सिडको भवन येथे चौकशी केली असता तेथील सिडकोचा कर्मचारी श्री. विशाल भगत मला म्हणाले की काका सदर फाईल तुम्हाला मी एक महिन्यांपूर्वी दिली परत तीच फाईल माझ्याकडे का मागता. त्या वेळी मी म्हणाले की सदर फाईल मधील कागदपत्रे तुम्ही मला दिली नाहीत म्हणून त्या वेळी संबंधित वसाहत विभागाचे आधिकारी श्री. कडू साहेब यांना भेटलो असता त्यांने सिडकोचे कर्मचारी श्री. सोमनाथ कोळी यांच्या कडे चौकशी केली असता ते म्हणाले साहेब के ६६ फाईल हि जुहू गांवच्या फाईल ला अटेच आहे. तेव्हा कडू साहेबांनी सोमनाथ कोळी ला सांगितले की यांची फाईल शोधून दोन दिवसांत त्यांना देऊन टका? परंतु आज गेली दोन वर्षे झाली तरि सदर फाईल सिडको कडून मिळत नाही म्हणून राज्य माहिती आयोग कोकण भवन यांच्या मी माहिती अधिकाराच्या अपिलात जाऊन त्यांचे अपिल क्र. के. आर ३५३८/२०१७ च्या दिनांक :- १४/०५/२०१८ च्या आदेशानुसार आपल्या मार्फत त्रिदीय समिती स्थापन झाली व श्री. पी. बी. राजपूत साहेब अतिक्रमण विभाग रायगड भवन, यांच्या पथकाने के ६६ कोपररीपाडा सेक्टर २६ ए वाशी नवी मुंबईचा भूखंड क्र. १७० वरिल इमारतीस साईट व्हिजिट देऊन तेथील शेतकरी, मालक व विकसक यांच्या कडून संभधीत कागदपत्रे हस्तगत केली आहेत. आणि तीच कागतपत्रे सिडकोचे आधिकारी मला तसेच राज्यमाहिती आयोगास देणार आहेत असे समजते, परंतु मूळ संचिका के ६६ हि सिडको कडून हरवली गहाळ झाली असे दिनांक :- १४/०९/२०१८ च्या श्री. एम. एस. चौरे यांच्या पत्रात वरिल भूखंड क्र. १७० ची माहिती या विभागास उपलब्ध नाही, असे समजते मग मूळ संचिका के ६६ सिडको कडून गहाळ झाली की एखाद्या सिडकोच्या कर्मचाऱ्यांने अधिकाऱ्याने गायब केली याचा मला सवंशय आहे. कारण माझे सासरे कै. बाळकृष्ण कळू भोईर यांचे निधन दिनांक :- ०८/०५/२०१६ रोजी झाले त्या नंतर जमिनीचे सावकार श्री. अरविंद जगन्नाथ महाजन व कूळ श्री. बाळकृष्ण कळू भोईर यांचे सुमारे १८००/ चौ. मी. चे. भूखंड सिडकोने २००८ ते २०१० च्या कालावधीत कोणाला दिले करण माझी पत्नी सौ. कमल अरुण मुंबईकर हि बाळकृष्ण कळू भोईर याची मुलगी आहे मग वारस म्हणून तीचे सह्या , अंगुठे कोणी तरि खोटे करून माझे मेहुणे विकासक, सिडकोचे आधिकारी यांनी गडबड केल्याचे मला वाटत आहे, सदर के ६६ हि मूळ फाईल मला मिळावी हि विनंती आज दोन अडीच वर्षे सिडको चे आधिकारी मला थूक लावत आहेत असे मला वाटते आता माझा संयम मर्यादा संपली असून आमच्या न्याय हक्कासाठी मी व माझी पत्नी दोघे मिळून आपल्या सिडकोच्या कार्यलयास सामूदायीक विष पिऊन आत्महत्या करू - सांगत पत्रकारांना घेऊन येतो आणि पुढील होणाऱ्या अनर्थास सिडको प्रशासनच जबाबदार राहील याची आपण गंभीर नोंद घ्यावी, कारण मी गेली दोन अडीच वर्षे मी सातत्याने सिडकोचे आधिकारी श्री. जगदीश राठोड, सुनील तांबे, कडू साहेब, विशाल भगत, सोमनाथ कोळी, त्यानंतर श्री. अजिक्य पडवळ, किरण घरत, मोरे साहेब, एस. एम. चौरे, श्री. डोळस साहेब, यांना यांच्यासी संपर्क आहे तुम्हाला भेटण्यास सिडको भवन येथे मी दोन तीन वेळा प्रयत्न केले परंतु श्री. डोळस साहेब, यांनी मला भेटू दिले नाही, म्हणून मी तसेच मा. ना. मुख्यमंत्री महोदय साहेब, मा. ना. पंतप्रधान साहेब, मा. ना. राष्ट्रपती साहेब, मा. ना. आणा हजारे साहेब यांना या फाईलची ऑनलाईन तक्रार केली आहे हे कळावे हि विनंती.

Dear sir, we have applied for CIDCO Lottery 2019 my younger brother (Sandip Balasaheb Bandal) did payment for bellow application (1190071969 & 1190071721) on 1st of Feb 2019 around 9.30pm and the amount has been deducted from his ICICI bank account but he didn't received any payment receipt also it has not been updated in cidco portal lottery application (their it is saying payment is not received). Yesterday that final application list got published but our that applications are not showing in that list. I am trying to call on CIDCO lottery helpline number since last 5 days and phone is ringing but nobody is responding to calls.

My bank details are showing that amount is credited to cidco account.

Dear Sir,

I, Kanti Devi Gupta, age 69 years, W/O Shri Ram Babu Sao-age 75 years, a Govt. - Service Retired, residing at A-502, Simran Residency Sector-7; Kharghar; Navi Mumbai, 410210, register a complaint against the I”ssue of NOC to Mr. Sukhpal Keshoram Parche” (Mobile No. 9867145694); residing at Room No. D-301; Amardeep C. H. S.; Plot No. 24; Sectoe-4; Kalamboli, Taluka-Panvel; Dist.-Raigad; Navi Mumbai-400 703, because I have been cheated and they have done a fraud with me.

1. I state that I sold my “CIDCO Plot No.-12”, Sector-12, Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai to Mr. Sukhpal Keshoram Parche (Mobile No. 9867145694). He issued a “post dated Cheque, bearing No. 281133; The Hindusthan Co-Op. Bank Ltd.; Kalamboli Branch; Hindusthan Bank Bhavan; Sector-8; Plot No.-11; Opp. MGM Hospital; Kalamboli; Navi Mumbai -410218, for the balance Payment amount of Rs. 21, 500.00 (Twenty one thousand five hundred only)” and obtained my signature on all the necessary document and letters of CIDCO during the Registration of “Sale Deed”.
2. I state that I submitted the Cheque, bearing No. 281133 of “Rs. 21, 500.00 (Twenty one thousand five hundred only)” for clearance in my Lakshmi Vilas Bank on 14.06.2019 and again on 19.06.2019, which was dishonoured on the ground of “Stop of Payment” and the Bank returned the Cheque to me on 17.06.2019 and 19.06.2019 too.
3. I have been cheated by Sukhpal Keshoram Parche and the agent Dinesh Nikam by taking me in their good faith by sweats talking and giving me so many verbal guaranties.

Therefore, I shall request you, sir, to stop issue of “NOC” Certificate and other clearance letters and papers related to “CIDCO Plot No.-12, Sector-12, Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai” to Mr. Sukhpal Keshoram Parche till I approach to you and give my acceptance of receiot of the above payment and ask you to Issue the NOC Certificate to Sukhpal Keshoram Parche. I shall be always grateful for this act of kindness and help.

facing acute water supply issue in at building : kharghar Bonzer lilac housing coop soc ltd sector 34-B village Owe kharghar, Navi Mumbai dist: Raigad-410210

Since last 3 week to we are getting insufficient water supply from CIDCO. As During this lockdown all family members are staying at home so that insufficient. Also we are facing this problem every month.

So pl resolved the issue on priority base

Plot 98-99 in Sector 19 Kharghar has been lying vacant. Now we find a chicken shop and a fish shop have come up on this area, and these shops with their contents and activities are prominently visible from main road in front of the plot. These is nauseating and looks very bad. Arrangements may please be made so that they are not visible to anybody passing on the road , and also no foul smells are encountered due to them.

The street light is located on a busy road near SNG INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL ULWE that is used by many people, including school students and elderly residents. Without the street light, it is difficult to see at night, which increases the risk of accidents and crime. Additionally, the dark streets create a feeling of fear and insecurity for residents.
I am concerned about the safety of school students, general public and I urge you to take immediate action to repair the street light. I would appreciate it if you could let me know when the street light will be fixed.
