i booked 2 chain items from salem to nedumangad on 26/04/20117 today is 11/05/2017 lr number 795612-3 still now i cant able to get my parcel very worst customer service i have seen in life time. no proper responsible person to speak or contact number, mailid, false commitment. the parcel itself loaded from salem on 7th only that too by calling still not parcel came like that. surely we wont put parcel in abt there after anfwill not recommentd you in our circle too.. very much delayed am searching and searching a lot a right responsible person to get my parcel but yet am finding diifficulties ....

I booked my two- wheeler at ABT, JC road Bangalore on 01.05.2018 from Bangalore to Devakottai bearing LR No. 903867 and was promised delivery at Devakottai within 3 days and we have not received the vehicle yet. we have been continuously been calling your head office, JC road office and devakottai office. since it is already ten days since we have booked and purpose for which the vehicle was sent was not purposeful. we request to you refund us for the damage along with penalities.

I have placed an order on 5-Aug-2020. The PARCEL not yet arrived, the drop location which I given was updated incorrectly and to make it corrected I have to call ABT for more than 10 times but still no satisfaction reply from them. This is the first service that I am seeing they are asking to pay before the bill generated and before delivery. Billed amount was different and asked amount was different . There is no proper way of handling things.

I attempt to get the details of why it is being charged for delivery no specific answer. Shall appreciate if you could get me the details. We have dispatched material from Erode to Tuticorin to our customer on 20.01.2024/ LR No.244670.material hold at Coimbatore Hub. I am follow 2 days but no reply from your side and today 3rd day 25.01.2024 your officer said Material will reach tomorrow 26.01.2024 only. Our customer side materials is very urgent for factory breakdown. So totally we are not satisfied on taking too much of time.
