Complaint No proper response from ABT

    Hi Team,

    I have placed an order on 5-Aug-2020. The PARCEL not yet arrived, the drop location which I given was updated incorrectly and to make it corrected I have to call ABT for more than 10 times but still no satisfaction reply from them. This is the first service that I am seeing they are asking to pay before the bill generated and before delivery. Billed amount was different and asked amount was different . There is no proper way of handling things.
