  • Insect found in the sambher dish of DLF saket haldiram outlet

    Dear Sir/mam,

    I am Rahul Singh Rathore R/o H.No. B-16/3 Shanti nagar Delhi-110094 visited to saket DLF mall to meet my friend Ravinder manahar for work & at last we decided to eat something from haldiram
    so we order two plates of masala dosa & one thali pack. as we are standing on counter to get our dosa's ready I talked to my friend that todays 5S is not good at serving counter(cleanliness not maintained) & I saw that samber bowl was empty at that time then the person at counter called sambher from inside after 5 min sambher came & he pored it into his counter bowl & start making plates for dosa & we pick our two plates & sit in the food court to eat it as I eating it I found something black in my sambher I think that it is some kind of masala but luckily I saw it that it was a insect not the masala kind of thing so I rush to the counter of haldiram & called to the manager  to inform the biggest mistake of  hygiene in the kitchen.
    But manager Mr. Dharamveer Saini taking this issue casually & try to convince me that a day before there was a raining so insect may comes from outside but I said that today there is no rain and the counter person take fresh sambher from the kitchen in front of me before making my plate of dosa but he still try convince me that sir what do you want we serve you another plate but the issue is that after getting insect in my sambher how should I trust on hygiene of haldiram. So I request him to the write my complained to raise the issue & resolve the rout cause of how insect came into kitchen & found in sambher. I also going to check the kitchen condition but it was too late 9:15 P.M. & I have to return my home so my friend told me that rahul they have doing nothing just talking with you & wasting your time so leave the place.
    due this incident I complete loss the faith on the haldiram hygiene so I request to kindly take the action about this issue & take countermeasure to resolve or mitigate the rout cause of how insect came into kitchen & then in sambher otherwise I will accelerate the issue further to FSSAI / Media or any other means whatever I know about.

    It was such a hopeless experience for the first time at Haldirams. I had ordered South Indian Platter at Haldirams situated at Daani Paani Outlet, Karnal. We had asked for an extra sambar with that platter to which the catering person and also the person at the billing section denied and said that Sambar is chargeable. There is no mention of that in either the Price List or at the counter. This is against Ethics and Clear embarrassment of the Customers.

    I hav bought haldiram nut cracker from shop at mohali phase 2.when i opened the pack i found a broken plastic wrapper which s fried with the nuts.it is really shocking for me that i found this in the packing of india most reputed company.i will look forward for your reply before persuing other option.

    not working properly not giving salary got salary

    2800 for two months
    telling that have cash in short they have no reasons

    to specify that there is a short in cash after the

    day is over.

    1. They donot check how much i have sell on the

    whole day and how much cash i have given they can

    only tell the next day how much is short
    2. they are are not allowing us to give resign and

    asking me to work without salary
    3. i have no money to give rent and also to eat and

    conveyance then also not giving ne my cheque
    4. i have worked for last two months 2 hours extra

    that means 11 hours shift
    5. they are not cancelling my cancelled bill and

    then that is added in my cash short list
    6. they are also not doing any full and final
    7. this is the reason no body is working there for

    more then 2 months
    8. Every member has a cash short of 20 25 thousand

    why because they have no rules
    9. why they do dot check who is the culprit.
    10. indirectly staff over there either they are

    cheaters or some thing is wrong with this outlet
    11. I have no money to go home also and they are not

    giving me salary.
    12. I want the head concern person should take care

    of it and provide me salary of last two months as

    early as possible and so that i can clear my dues

    20000 and go home
    13. Otherwise i will take action aby sending enquiry

    to modi or send summons by court.
    14. There are a lot of things going wrong but cannot

    discuss here.

    We have purchased kesar rasmalai from Sarojini Nagar D mall New Delhi branch, on 8/9/18 at 7:30pm. When we opened it on next day it was found some sticky and order less, till evening it was more sticky and formed layer of Butter on top it was tasteless. Kindly make an perfect action on it.

    I just ordered some food and waited for more than 20 minutes on the delivery counter. The staff person was the very ill-mannered fellow and treated very badly. I will never suggest anyone go to such a place where food is even costly and staff also had no manners to talk to the customers.

    Chandni Chowk, New Delhi outlet is not providing the full ingredients/contents of a item..

    Other words, despite of charging the full amount of chole bhature plate, providing only chole bhature without pickle and aloo (Potato).

    Its totally unfair for a customer.

    Took sabudana tikki for lunch today, while having it I found a plastic string in tikki. How can your team be so careless while cooking. People are observing fast and consuming this meal. Highly unsatisfied with the behavior of managers and chef. Just came and said sorry. I hope someone in team will look into it. I will be sharing the picture on social media to make them aware.

    Today I bought Haldiram 10 rs/- namkeen packet and when I opened, I found a ” cockroach’s “ it was a horrible experience.

    This complaint is regarding the service and behavior issue of haldiram staff and manager Alok Sharma at haldiram - crown Interiorz relaince Mart 12/7, main mathura road, sec -35
    Sac code- 996331

    I visited above haldiram branch on 20th Dec 2018 at 8:34 pm and ordered choley bhuture, veg uthapam and lime soda. When I received Choley bhature without pickle in it. I asked for pickle but the service staff told me that haldiram has stopped giving pickle on any food from more thqn one month. I requested again but no luck. I discussed the same with manager (Alok Sharma) and then he told me that we are providing pickle only on demand of customer. I described him that I have requested for pickle but service staff has refused it and finally after arguing 10 mins I got pickle but the language used by staff and manager is not good.

    Also if any kind of food item is stopped it Should be notified to customer before billing instead of arguing with customer otherwise it Should be written on counter that pickle will be provided only on demand.

    So my question is why any particular branch has stopped giving pickle on its own and also have you reduced any price for this ?


    I am very unhappy with this kind of unprofessionalism and behavior of one the best food chain in India (Haldiram).

    I will make sure to share this pathetic feedback with my family and friends and relatives and request them to stop eating haldiram food items.

    I am writing this to complain about the low quality of products provided by the "Haldiram's Nagpur" which caused health issue to my son and moral damage to me.

    While Eating The product wasnt tasting Good, So I checked the details of the food product... It had been expired many days ago...This Caused Food Poisoning to my son..

    I purchased Haldiram's Nagpur Chips.. Manufactured on 15/09/2018 expiry of 15/01/19. The whole packet has a bad smell of stale oil. Even the taste is also spoiled due to that smell...

    When I called the customer care of haldirams..

    They spoke very recklessly... This kind of reaction to customer is a punishable offence.. I don't like this kind of behaviour towards customer...

    I Never Expected this kind of inconvenience from Haldirams...

    Take Quick Action Towards My Complaint.. I dont want make this issue big...I know about comsumer rights..If not I will go to higher authorities..

    Yesterday we were at Agra and purchase ghevar .was so tasty and even half of your price with Bill tac paid.
    We don't understand how you are preparing so submission standard quality and of double rates.

    Being fond of peanuts & very old customer of haldiram preferred to purchase salted peanuts from a nearby store today. On opening the packet it is seen that the peanuts are brownish & oily & on eating the peanuts I found that it is bitterish in taste. It is a very disappointing experience & still hard to believe that the company of high reputation is providing such sub-standard product to its customers.

    One fatty guy name pankaj mishra on haldiram.. Standing up outer .

    The behaviour of manager is not acceptable, he shouted on me and told me "wo tumse pahle se khade hai". I don't about the queue.

    But cashier taken one of the order in between first person order.

    Wo bahut chilla kar bol raha tha. Manager pankaj mishra so please do action

    I suggest you please take necessary steps towards him.

    And teach well you employees so that they will treat customer well.

    I am a 60 year old woman who is at Haldiram sector 25 Noida at least once a week. I was there today with my wheelchair bound mother at 1pm. We had our lunch then my mother wanted jalebis.

    So I paid for 250gms jalebis and handed the payment slip to someone across the counter. I came back 10 minutes later and showed my copy of the payment slip to different person across the counter making the jalebi. He packed the jalebis and was going to hand it over to a young man standing at the counter with me when I said can you check the time of the two slips before you hand over? He started lecturing me on why I should not make a fuss because he would pack some more for me right away. I told him I didn't want to hear anything I just wanted the timing on the slip checked. He picked up the packet of jalebis and flung it in front of me on the counter. I didn't want to start anything unpleasant with my mother around so I picked the packet and left.
    I'm a senior citizen and a lady and your person wanted to offer the jalebis first to a young man. I don't want to break the queue but I want my right in the queue. I only asked him to check the time on the slips. He lectured me then rudely handed me the jalebis.
    Please teach your staff to follow the rules and be polite to senior citizens.
