Packing broken from inside

In room no . 3005 when few kids already had coffee, we checked that it was expored. Similarly, in room no. 3011. When we complained to the manager, they did not respond to us properly. They are not ready to take any action. I dont know how this property is rated 5 or 7 star property... it is 30th august 2018 that we are staying in this property and this is happening .. this is very shameful and not acceptable.. hope you will consider this problem and Give response.

I have bought Ashirvad atta on 02/08/19 and considering good branded product I have consume it for two days without giving much attention on different taste but after sieving it I saw huge number of small worms in it. It is very frustating to see such poor quality of food product from such a big brand.I also went to the shopkeeper to replace the rotten atta but he refuses to do so. Hence I am complaining to take necessary action in this regard.

This is to inform that i am not getting proper service from distributor om sai traders. This is 5th complaint. No clear information on fc points given by distributor. They hand out lumsum cash.

I notice some issue regarding packaging of cigarettes.Your cigarette packet style is not well becoz when consumer take out cigarette from packet he pickup lip side of cigarette with his fingers and this is not safe due to Pandemic corona virus...
So I humbly request you to change side of your cigarette that's why consumer takes sofe smoke and they will definitely appreciate your step.....

Sir we purchased Mangaldeep Agarbatti worth Rs. Ten Lacs in 2015. We were promised a Royal Enfield against purchase of the same. But till now we haven't received our schemed award.
