    ITC, together with its importer to Malaysia, are importing Aashirvaad Atta illegally, without the official import permit, issued by the proper Malaysian government authorities.

    Your importer is importing illegally , with giving false declaration to customs.
    ITC will also be legally liable for the illegal importation. , when the customs finds out.

    For your own good, ITC, please check to see that your importer has the valid license to import
    . They have been importing, by submitting false document.

    Attached are the requirements for the imports of Edible Wheat Flour. From the government website

    Importation of eight (8) types of Edible Wheat Flour for human consumption requires a Certificate of Approval (COA) issued by SIRIM QAS International. Testing and verification for the certification comply with the Malaysian Standard MS 85.

    The certification applies for the following eight (8) types of Edible Wheat Flour:
    White Flour.

    High Protein Flour.

    Protein-increased Flour.

    Wholemeal Flour.
