गा्राहक क्रं.१६८९१ दि.८/८/२०१५ रोजी आॅनलाईन नोंदणी करण्यात आली आहे.परंतु आपले घरपोच करणारा व्यक्ती १०००/- रु प्रतीने माझा नावावरिल विकले आहे आज पर्यंत माला सिलेंडर घरपोच मिळाले नाही मि आपल्या ऑफिसमध्ये गेलो असता आपले अधनिस्त कम्रचारी चांगली वर्तणुक देत नाहीत व त्यांना पावती मागली असता दुस-यांना पावती देत आहेत व मला पावती दिली नाही.
आपण आत्काळ घरपोच सिलेंडर करावे हि.विनती -

THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT MY CONSUMER NO CX 20359837 BOOKED ON 13 JUNE2019 ,MY BOOKING NO 527593, CASH MEMO NO 3000031525 HAS BEEN REJECTED 3 TIMEES EVEN AFTER CASHMEMO HAS BEEN GENERATED BY SHAMA INDANE SERVICE.
SO I REQUEST YOU TO LET US KNOW THE REASON WHY THE SAME HAS BEEN CANCELLED AGAIN AND AGAIN . WHETHER OUR GAS CONNCECTION AFTER CANCELLATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO ANYBODY ELSE?(BLACK LIST).
SO I REQUEST TO HIGHER AUTHORITY TO RESPOND US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BY MAKIMG PROPER ENQUIRY

Mai do din phale online gas cylinder book kiya tha, aur Mai online paisa paid kiya tha,lekin do din ho Gaya hai
