    1. I made full payment on Dec 23, 2017 for Bosch Washing Machine 7kg Model No. WAK20161IN, from Bajaj Electronics, Near Paradise, Secunderabad, vide Invoice No. 1216/17G/S-21042, dated Dec 23, 2017.

    2. The said product was delivered to me on Dec 28, 2017.

    3. On Dec 30, 2017, a Technician (+91 9849104849) from Bosch gave us the Demo, which was fine.

    4. On Jan 25, 2017, the washing machine in daily wash clothes mode was hardly taking half a mug of water from only tray one and the countdown of the timer was in progress with no spin of the drum at any given point of time.

    5. We checked the water pressure at all points and were fine.

    6. On Jan 26, 2018 I called on the above said technician to see if I can get any help. He said we will have to lodge an online complaint on the toll free number and we immediately lodged an online complaint on 18002661880 and the order ID received is 04735614339.

    7. On Jan 27, 2018, one Mr. Ramu, technician – Bosch +91 8686586965 came and after an inspection reported that a part has failed and that it has to come from Germany for which it would take 3 days.

    8. Can you imagine, that the said new product failed in less than a month from the date of its unpacking, installation and demo on Dec 30, 2017, which is really painful to us, as we feel we are cheated and now they are making us run errands.

    Now, we are at the mercy of Bosch and are repenting for having bought a washing machine, that is useless, as the after sales service during start of the warranty period itself is hopeless and the attitude of the technicians were also rude.
