    The refrigerator again has cooling problem. Today, your representative Mastan (9032315533), has checked and confirmed that it has gas supply Issue.
    This is new refrigerator bought on June 21, 2017 (see below e-mail). The representative came that time and fixed the gas supply issue. Now again the same issue. So I do not want it repaired again as this is new product.
    I argue that replace with new one as the product has delivered is defective one.
    Looking forward for your response.

    Hello Samsung and Bajaj consumer care,

    I bought Refrigerator and delivered to my home on June 21, 2017. After contacting the Service Engineer (Mr. Shashikanth, cell no 9032315544) for 5 times, he responded 6th time and also I called customer care for 3 times requesting for Demo. At last Mr. Suresh came today and he mentioned that some issue and Refrigerator is not working and he said he will send another Engineer. I don’t want the new Refrigerator to be repaired, so argue to replace with new Refrigerator and compensate us for the pain we have gone for these 4 days till date.

    Also MR. Gopi Krishna, office Manager, from Bajaj Electronics, is not responsive. At the time of selling, he spoke to us very nice and once the product was sold, he was different person.

    1. I made full payment on Dec 23, 2017 for Bosch Washing Machine 7kg Model No. WAK20161IN, from Bajaj Electronics, Near Paradise, Secunderabad, vide Invoice No. 1216/17G/S-21042, dated Dec 23, 2017.

    2. The said product was delivered to me on Dec 28, 2017.

    3. On Dec 30, 2017, a Technician (+91 9849104849) from Bosch gave us the Demo, which was fine.

    4. On Jan 25, 2017, the washing machine in daily wash clothes mode was hardly taking half a mug of water from only tray one and the countdown of the timer was in progress with no spin of the drum at any given point of time.

    5. We checked the water pressure at all points and were fine.

    6. On Jan 26, 2018 I called on the above said technician to see if I can get any help. He said we will have to lodge an online complaint on the toll free number and we immediately lodged an online complaint on 18002661880 and the order ID received is 04735614339.

    7. On Jan 27, 2018, one Mr. Ramu, technician – Bosch +91 8686586965 came and after an inspection reported that a part has failed and that it has to come from Germany for which it would take 3 days.

    8. Can you imagine, that the said new product failed in less than a month from the date of its unpacking, installation and demo on Dec 30, 2017, which is really painful to us, as we feel we are cheated and now they are making us run errands.

    Now, we are at the mercy of Bosch and are repenting for having bought a washing machine, that is useless, as the after sales service during start of the warranty period itself is hopeless and the attitude of the technicians were also rude.

    I think only Bajaj Electronics are only responsible as you people are collecting money from customer and delivered damaged product.

    Me and my brother went to bajaj electronics hayatnagar in view of buying a new smartphone. We decided to buy Vivo Y200 5G. We did payment and the salesman did packaging which was out of our sight. He showed us only phone and we trusted him because we trust bajaj. In the morning when we saw, there was no adapter of charger as soon as we realised that we went to showroom. By the time we went showroom was not opened. After sometime when I went and asked, they were rude and told it will take time for the phone we bought yesterday.
    We are ready to file a complaint in police station for the loss we faced. We are ready to go to any extent regarding this issue.
