Complaint Wrong product being delivered

I haven't order anything from kartrocket but yesterday I received a parcel which I thought was from Amazon as the delivery guy said that it was from Amazon and since I have ordered from Amazon so I thought that maybe it was from Amazon so I have made the payment in COD yesterday but today I got to know that it was not from Amazon it was from kartrocket.
But I haven't ordrered anything from kartrocket and infact the parcel that I have received is damaged too..
I have placed my order only on Amazon and I have ordered there a combo of 2 watches from Amazon but I have received only one watch and that too broken from kartrocket but I haven't ordered anything from kartrocketsmall then how can they send me a parcel of a unplaced order and that too a damaged watch?
I don't know why this thing happened to me but I want all my money to be refunded from kartrocket
