I PURCHASED WHIRLPOOL MAGICOOL AC AT THE DATE OF 2-APRIL-2017 BY THE NAME OF MR. SANDEEP SINGH AND THE CONSER IS THAT ITS ONE IS NOT COMPLETED TO PURCHASED THIS WHIRLPOOL MAGICOOL AC AND THE AC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY(DEAD). I WAS COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS ON 27JULY2017 AND THE SERVICE REQUEST NO IS-GB0717014010. I WAS COMPLAINT LOTS OF TIME FOR REPAIR MY AC OR REPLACE THE AC BUT I GET SAME ANSWER FROM CALL CENTER SIDE IS (I AM SENDING THE REMINDER FROM MY SIDE AND THEY GIVE THE CONTACT NUMBER OF AREA SUPERVISOR)
MR. RAHUL- 9643805860 IS THE NAME OF AREA SUPERVISOR NAME AND CONTACT NUMBER AND WHEN I CALL THE SUPERVISOR SO THEY TOLD YOUR CONTROLLER IS PENDING AND IT WILL TAKE 2 DAY AND WHEN I AGAIN CALL TO SUPERVISOR SO AFTER THAT THEY AGAIN TOLD THE SAME.
IS THIS KIND OF SERVICE YOU PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER
I WANT REPAIR MY AC WITH IN SAME DAYS OR OTHER WISE REPLACE THE AC.

Complaint regarding my washing machine not working by Lokesh Kashyap:

Hi- Myself Lokesh Kashyap have purchased washing machine from Croma on 29/10/2016,in year 2017 some problem came in machine due to which it got replaced with new one, and now again there was a problem we have launched a complaint, engineer visited the site for inspection and told us that few parts found faulty, not working which needs to be replaced and can be repaired in their repair center only.
i was going through the reviews and got to know that majority of complaints was coming in starting itself which was not handled properly due to which customer end up in paying huge amount for rectification in coming years when warranty gets over.
if you are facing this consistent problem then why dont you stop selling those units where you are facing major complaints as unnecessary it is spoiling the brand name of Whirlpool.
i bought this machine for convenience of but now this has become a problem for me.
Appreciate if you can refund my money back as i even dont want to pay extra and extra every month.
two days back i have already told Mr Azmath who is at supervisory level in your customer care but no action has been taken so far to address this issue , this kind of customer service is not at all accepted. if you are here for customer you should address the problem and work on the suggestions provided by customers by avoiding and not listening is clearly showing that you are least bothered and you can run your business without customers.
Prompt revert in this regards will be highly appreciated.
