मेरे विधुत विपत्र में एरिअर के रूप में दिनांक 14.09.22 से राशि कट रही है| यह गलत है| दिनांक 14.09.22 को 6636 रुपया एवं इसके बाद प्रतिदिन 28 रुपया कट रहा है |इससे मेरा बिल दुगना हो जा रहा है |मैं परेशान हूँ |कृपया इसे सुधारा जाय|मैंने स्थानीय कार्यालय दीघा में भी संपर्क कर शिकायत दर्ज करायी है| मैंने एप्प के माध्यम से भी शिकायत दर्ज करायी है परन्तु समस्या का समाधान नही हुआ है|

Hello Sir,
This is Ravi Kumar
I have applied for New connection On 12 December 2023 The Application No Is 523012411678, but unfortunately i don't see any progress since couple of Weeks and it is stuck at Third level, i am tried to reach "Sikariya Feeder, BIHTA for the JEE but we are not received any response from them.
When i checked Status of Connection it shows it is present at Dues Verification At BIHTA . Because of this my work has stopped since so many days.
Can you please let me know why this process is not getting approved ?
What is the problem ?
Please take this as much as possible serious, else I have to go for higher level.
Because , It’s Approx Two Months From Date Of Application For New Connection.
when i am trying to reach to JEE at (BIHTA 2), he is not picking call
It’s my humble request to let me know what is the problem and make the process faster.
