Contract Services and Application number is 12007 & 12008.Against four timas informations and complain, none came for Servicing from your office Konnagar, Hooghly to my Home Address 81, Netaji Subhas Avenue, Serampore, Hooghly till this date.Last date for Contract Service is 28th February '18.Please take action immediately.

I have one Kutchina chimney installed at my kitchen and the same is under AMC for 3 years with Kitchenex at Chinar Park area. Their Service Centre phone number was 64580400. Since next service is due in October 2018, I tried to contact them for fixing up date but unfortunately, it appears their number is changed. Shall appreciate if you could please let me have their changed number at your earliest convenience.

I have purchased a Chimney Model _ Curvy 75 on 10/05/2018 & the same was installed on 11/05/2018 but my Chimney is not working since installation. Chimney suction is not working & oil is dropping from chimney. All wall of kitchen is oily.
