I have buy Jhon Deere tractor model No 5042D V3 on 15 oct 2021. That vehicle having issue with metalic part. That metalic part is not polished it's look like old metallic part becomes rusty and colour coating is destructing.
My father registered complaint 7/8 month ago but not any action taken today.
Am the owner of tractor I also registered Complaint 2 month ago but no action is taken till today.
It's your organisation very bad behaviour with customer.
Please send your Service Engineer team and Examine it.
And do further procedure as Early possible.

This from a 20 years john deer customer from tamilnadu . A proper respect is not given for the customer not treating in the well manner from the Acharapakkam branch TRR company. And the service department is very worst from the TRR company , kindly take severe action as soon as possible regarding this subject.
