coplaint for not refunding my payment by DILIP KUMAR SEAL:

I was purchased air ticket for 2 persons from Port Blair to Chennai
on 27.09.2021 vide PNR No.H6REL , ticket no.098-4725812164 &
098-4725812165 Air India. Due to some unavoidable reason I postponed my travelling date and try to reschedule the same for 31.10.2021. some process was done on 21.09.2021, I paid the reschedule fee as Rs 9332/- but the ticket was not released. I think some problem has happened due to poor network connectivity so again I processed and found in the same situation, the fee was already deducted as Rs 9332/- but the ticket has not been released so far. I was paid by debit card of SBI vide transaction no. 126415572417 for Rs 9332/- & transaction no. 126414748333 for Rs 9332/- dated 21.09.2021. SBI stated that money transfered to IBIBO GROUP PRIVATE LI0802563376 and PAYU-goibibo Gurgaon respectively, but goibibo refused and till date no payment refund meI approached several time to GOIBIBO but nofruitful result made out. I have very bad exprience upon th goibibo company.
