Complain regarding arihant superstructure limited
Dear Sameer / Kapil ,
I am writing to formally register a complaint against your staff member, Ms.Chaksu Sharma, regarding a false commitment that has caused significant inconvenience , distress and Monetary loss. I have made purchase in Aakarshan ADORA 1108, as the project got cancelled I was been told by Chaksu Sharma that all charges will get reversed except legal charges post that i took the decision to shift to a flat in Anaika 6 - U 607
On 12 Nov 2022 I had met Ms.Chaksu Sharma along with the broker Mr Saad. In his presence all the conversation took place and post that i am just doing follow up with her on whatsapp as she is very busy to answer the calls.
However, the reality has been far from what was promised. The transition process has been riddled with unexpected delays, bureaucratic hurdles, and a lack of communication from your end.
Now when i went for collecting my cheque on 3rd August 2023 then there I got to know no other charges are getting reverse ( NOI charges , 0.3% of laon amount , principal and interest paid to bank).
I find it deeply disappointing that the assurances made by Ms.Chaksu Sharma have turned out to be completely inaccurate, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and frustration.
I expect a prompt response acknowledging the receipt of this complaint and outlining the steps that will be taken to address the situation. Please treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.
