Dear Sir/Madam,
Being compelled I intend to bring your attention that I had invested an amount of Rs-120000/- on 27/11/2012 towards purchasing above mentioned certificate of property under reference for three years being expiry of tenure on 27/11/2015 through your field agent.
Upto two years from Nov-2012 I had been receiving the monthly interest amount as per the directives /rule of your company. However for the last one year before expiry of the tenure i.e 27/11/2015 monthly interest amount was not disbursed. The field agent assured me towards obtaining the due interest amount upto the period of entire tenure and taken back the original certificate in the month of Sep-2015 for submitting the same in your office for refund back of the deposited Rs-120000/- as per terms of your Company .
It is quite unfortunate to make you understand that till date the refund case has not been settled even after extending strong assurance by your field unit officials. During the long six years after expiry of tenure all the link personnel are asking time for refund back of my principal amount of Rs-120000/-. Now the field unit agent is not responding /picking up my phone call. At present I am perturbed about the refund case. Needless to mention that a huge amount of Rs-120000/- hard earned money was invested towards responding the call of your investment plan. At present I am urgently need of the amount for some medical issue.
Depending on the stated context I intend to draw attention to your esteemed authority to look into the matter sincerely to refund back of my legitimate amount immediately.

On matuirity dated 18/05/2015 of my deposit of Rs. 60000/- I got 7 cheques of Rs. 64200/- totally including interest ,but on presenting those cheques are returned and refused by the company.
After that I have deposited with complain the cheque of Rs. 60000/- at your Naihati branch at west bengal. Still I did not get any payment from them.
Now my question how I can apply for refunding money? Because I have no copy of certificate . I am having only xerox copy of 7 cheques amounting of Rs. 64200/-.
