Please refer to 16 reminders, our several visits at agra office and latest invoice no. 1510822 dated 09-06-2023 (attached) wherein over payment of Rs. 848/- has not been adjusted. I am informing once again that I have paid Rs. 848/- online through UPI transaction at UPI id greengaslimited.76022011@hdfcbank (proof is given below) on 31.12.2022 but it has not been adjusted till date (proof is attached herewith). Please resolve.
I have visited Green Gas office Agra several times just for an adjustment of Rs. 848/- .Inspite of assurance, I am receiving bills without adjustment of Rs. 848/- (over paid).
Now, I am forced to move to the Agra administration regarding harassment and unsupportive attitude of Green Gas Co. and a male staff of agra office who is dealing with Customer grievances.

In a single house ..if there are 2 seperate connections then why is there 30 metre for whole house... technically you should provide 30 metre per connection...this is unjust.

Dear sir, it has been almost two years when I applied for PNG connection, despite of PNG meter is installed in my house yet connection has not been done. I've mailed my grievance twiced and gone to lko office personally bt no result till date.

Sir,
I deposited Security money of Rs 6000 on 03Dec 2022 for installation of ggl gas connection. My CRN is 510010150012390 and SRN is 61543 and 80901. Till now no connection has given by ggl. No action taken after so much complain given to customer care and staff of ggl. Very disgusting behaviour of ggl staff. Please tell me what I should do. All email has been blocked by ggl admin. No response from zonal officer and md cell.
