Dear Sir,
This is informed you that we had booked our gas on 9th Feb 2015. my booking id is 348433670 and gas delivery date on 15th feb 2015. We did n't get our gas yet. on 16th morning We came to your agency. your employee given me delivery boy name Jitender and his contact no. (8802216949). I called him lot of time. but unfortunately he just faked promised to me.And he given assurance that the gas delivered today but again and again he did not deliver gas yet.
Sir, i request to you take action against on him immediately.

My Consumer ID is 9381 and the registered mobile no is 9958973060.i booked a cylinder with the help of IVR on 04/12/2016 but its been 16/11/2016 today and i haven't got my cylinder till now there is no gas to cook food in my house. and when i called for it on 12/11/2016 they said the cylinders are late and will be delivered to you. agai i called them today 16/10/2016 they switched off there phone and they are not picking up another phone nos. hope you will help us to resolve the problem very sortly

My name is vinay .I have taken a gas connection from robin gas agency rithala delhi ,from more than 1 year i have the gas pipeline at my home,but now i get to know that one of the member of this agency is booking the cylinder with my id , and when i reached to the agency to close my connection ,they simply deny of closing connection by making excuses.Earlier also i have made a request of closing my connection but at that time also they deny the same. so i just wanted to close my connection as they are themselves availing the cylinders .so i request you to pls. revert it with some positive solution
