I want to inform you that I am always facing lot of problem with your delivery terms, I had booked the cylinder on 16.02.2014 but still i have not received the cylinder from your side, I had lots of communication with your agency on phone but there is no response. This is very serious issue.
So YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY LOOK IN TO MATTER & RESOLVE THIS KIND OF PROBLEMS IMMEDIATELY.

I am Dr. Umesh Kumar Vates , 14 A, 5/1 gali, Shakti vihar Meethapur, new Delhi 44. Always as I experience that cylinder distributor delivered 2-3 kg less gas. I have a cylinder right now with sealed pack which contents total gas weight is 11.5 Kg delivered by Mr Pramod kumar, contact No- 09718908412 (delivery person, Oorja Gas agency, Mithapur, New Delhi 110044, ).
I would like to request from heigher authorities to come for the inspactions of my cylinder weight is concerned and take the suitable action on your delivery personnels.

Sir,
I had booked for a Gas Cylinder on 9.11.2016 and the delivery man came to my premises on 16.11.2016 with a cylinder. However, he didn't accept Rs.500 currency and went away without delivering my cylinder.
To my surprise, I have received a message on my mobile stating that the cylinder is delivered! Also, I have received a message from my bank, SBI, that the LPG Subsidy of Rs.98.86 has been credited to my account.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to delivery the cylinder urgently, which was actually not delivered, nor we have signed on the receipt.

I'm sad so say tht inspite of making email on oorja agencies about not receiving gas subsidy till date, they were no replying. Since one years, we don't getting gas subsidy.
Please this is the humble request please started out gas subsidy as soon as earlier, I shall be highly thankful to you.
