Dear Shiva Gas service,
I have shifted to Bangalore and wanted to transfer my connection.
I have given my connection transfer request to my distributor 20 days before. But they are unable to process my request. I raised web based online complaints (Tracking Ref#: 636715 and 641771) and tried to call Regional as well as Mumbai branches but there is no response.
Please help me to know how I can get it resolved. Let me know whom I should contact regarding this issue.

Dear Shiva Gas Agency,
My bank detail has been wrongly mentioned hence i'm not able receive my subsidy amount. I have already given application and Xerox copy of my bank account. but still my bank detail has not been updated.
The other issue is I have wrongly opted out. I already requested for opt in but still it has not been done.
My both request Is pending since long can you please let me know when it'll be resolved.

We have booked our gas two times in month and we got the message of cancellation both the times and the reason they mentioned is consumer is ""out of station"".
I didn't planned any trip last month and we are 7 members are at home in which two are house wives and one is senior citizen and they never leave the house alone. So how could they mentioned such a stupid reason.
