I booked the gas on 15 September, 2017. they not give the cylinder. yesterday,my grandfather went your service station for complaint. they said that tomorrow I send in hans enclave. today I am waiting nobody not come to give cylinder in hans enclave. I call again and again but nobody can't receive the call.

I m from Sonipat and recently shifted to Gurgaon.
Today I've made a call for new connection on Contact No. 0130-2230276 (Sonepat) and they replied for One filled Cylinder+Papers + Pipe+Regulator for Rs. 2,790 only and also made a call on contact no. 014-2329675 (Gurgaon)and they replied for same @ 3,060/-.
My query is why there is change of rate in same state as well as same service provider i.e Bharat Gas ?

Dear provider,
Please check the problem & work on complaint immediately. For the last few months, it is time that a large amount of gas is missing form the cylinder received . So I measure then its 1kg missing on her actual amount and weight.
