non delivery of cooking gas by Debi Roy:

I have booked for cooking gas on the 16/02/2015 and since then I am unable to make any contact as the phone is always engaged . Now I am without gas for the last three days. When shall I receive the cylinder. Please reply

I am consumer of Bharat gas. Since two months I have not received my cylinder after many phone call and office visit. In my last visit they denied to give me the cylinder and tel me to pick the cylinder from another place at 7 am morning. So I again requested to provide the delivery of the same but they again dwnied and told me if you realy want cylinder then listen their word and do what they saying. Now I am out of gas since 7 days.
Request your intervention on the same and provide me the justice.

I am consumer of Bharat gas Consumer No. 55852704 of Shashi Chandra Gas Agency Kadru, Ranchi. I booked gas on 4th March 2015 Booking Ref. 363540397. I got one message SMS from the Bharat Gas that the Cylinder has been delivered to me but it has not been delivered. I tried to contact Gas Agency but unable to contact as his number is always engaged. At present I do not have gas in my home and unable to cook food. |
This is recurrent phenomenon of the Gas agency. Please do something for the delivery of Gas Cylinder.

I am a bharat gas consumer No. 55852704 booked for refill on 3rd March 2015 but till date (3rd April 2015) it has not been delivered to me. However, I got one SMS that the gas been delivered to me on 30.3.2015. I tried thousands time to contact distributor (Shashi Chandra Gas Agency) but failed as his phone was engaged all the time. I tried to contact Bharat Gas Complaint portal but failed. I am facing problem as I do not have gas in my home. I do not left with any option except go to consumer forum.

Consumer no 28052446 c/o Samson Horo behind Hatia guest house water tank campus,regulator not working properly ,gas blows even after switching off the regulator,got exchanged the O ring of cylinder also but proved of no use,so request you to replace it as possible as soon Thank you,
