I booked gas on 13/05/17 but not received till 06/06/2017. On 07/06/2017 cylinder delivered with receipt but on 08/06/17 I got a message order cancelled on customer's request

I had booked a gas on December 28, 2018 and got confirmation with booking no. 75804 on December 28, 2018.
Post that I have done multiple follow ups but in vain.
I also visited the Office at Hauz khas on January 12, 2019 personally and was assured delivery by January 13, 2019 . No service , another follow up was done on January 13, 2019 with assurance of delivery on January 14, 2019. However all we are getting is dates and further new dates but no supply.
It is getting very difficult for us to manage without gas.
I would like to escalate this matter and expect a quick resolution.

My subscription 204620 was shifted from Jwala Agency, DDA Market Uday Park. However, due to supply of piped gas in Govt. Quarters, we had not used it for last few years. Now we need to shift to Bangalore. Do let me know the process for shifting.
