Weight of cylinder not Proper by Ravi Prakash:

Dear Sir
I have received the cylinder 2 days before. The cylinder weight is not up to the mark. As per the norms the weight of cylinder is 30 kg but the cylinder delivered contains the weight is aprox 27 kg.
The cylinder which i reveived is the max weight that the delivery boy have, rest all are 25 kg.
One more point is that the weighing scale that he had shows weight 30kg but in actual it is 25 kg.

After I received full cylinder from super care gas agency dwarka sec 7 delhi and noticed gas smell in full home.when I checked it it was leaking from it's valve.
I reported to agency staff.
Mr. Maan Dev has come for checking and said ki ho gaya. I have paid him the service charge Rs 40/- and he went. Just after some time again heavy smell spead all over the house.
Again I complained. They said it will be replaced.
Supply man has brought the cylinder at home and he has not replaced it and asking money for the same.
I am very sorry to experienced the way of dealing.
Please take necessary action at the earliest.
