Dear Sir,

I made a booking for a gas cylinder on 27-10-2015 (Order No.93426).I received an SMS from you 0n 01-11-2015, informing me that the gas cylinder has been delivered to me on 30-10-2015. I wish to inform you that I did not receive any gas cylinder as alleged by you.It will be appreciated if you kindly look into the matter and see what is happening.This is happened in the past also,when you inform that the cylinder has been delivered but I have not received the same.I think there is something irregular going on ,please investigate.
