Gas cylinder leakageing by Manish chaurasiya:

We have facing a problem in our gas cylinder we request to the man who done the delivery to change it but he said this is not my problem if this kind of answer given by service provider then what should we do
Please provide the solution as soon as possible this is not a kind of joke this is serious concern if any injuries done because of gas cylinder then who is reponsible for this.......?????
