South Indian Bank is one of the most basic and prime banks in South India. This bank came into existence throughout the Swadeshi movement. In the year 1993, the bank has entitled for a first private sector organization to establish an Industrial Finance Branch. This banking firm also measured as the first ever private bank in Kerala to introduced overseas branch for serving the needs of export and import from June 1993.
