    This is very bad experience with that bhandup dreams branch, as I your existing customer since last 12 years. I visited your bhandup branch today I e,27/8/2015 regarding my F D settlement which is matured on 15/8/2015, I was entry my both the accounts pass book & wait for your representative desk for almost 25 minutes. As I saw that one customer is attending by that your lady representative.that why I wait for some time. But suddenly your lady staff asking me about my work .as I told her to give me some time as soon as you free.& tell me any other scheme or interest scheme is with that u. But she suddenly angry with me and told me that I have lots of work to do.don't waste my time ..as per her commitment she have to prove that only bank staff have only busy scheduled. The account holder are free for whole day. I want to ask u that only is that proper service that Punjab Maharashtra bank & there staff is expected with senior citizens & other customer..again sorry to say u that if I can't get proper reply from your side . then I will be force to my both the account from bhandup branch.. Because there are other bank are ready to give me that proper service.
