Dear Sir/ Mam,

I am Divya from Vadakkankulam, Tamilnadu, Tirunelveli Dist,627116. and i am taking a two wheeler loan from MUTHOOT FINANCE VADAKKANGULAM BRANCH towards NACH mandate for loan A/C 17311225. I have one compliant against this loan,as they said that, My due amount for one month was 5640Rs and the period time is 11month. So i agree for this and proceed for submitting but after finishing cash procedure they said that,a small mistake happened and the due amount changed to 3280 and period time 24month , it is not ok for me because it is not convenient and the interest amount was to high so that please change my loan 11months period.

Note; I already make a request to the Manager Vadakkankulam Branch for last 3month, and he never make it for us
