Air India in Amousi Airport

Air India is the national flag carrier of India. It is the fourth-largest domestic airline, behind Jet Airways, IndiGo andSpiceJet, in terms of market share. The airline is operating more than 75 destinations worldwide, including Asia, Europe and North America. The corporate office of Air India is located at the Air India Building at Nariman Point in South Mumbai. The airline is now planning to move its business office from Mumbai to Delhi sometime in 2013.
There are three subsidiaries of Air India i.e., Air India Cargo, Air India Express and Air India Regional.
Moreover, Air India has signed various codesharing agreements with many international airlines. These airlines are Aeroflot, Alitalia, Air Mauritius, Asiana Airlines, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, Kuwait Airways, Singapore Airlines, South African Airways, SriLankan Airlines, Swiss International Airlines and Turkish Airlines.
The national public carrier operates two hubs in India i.e., Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi and Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai. It has also operated an international hub at Germany’s Frankfurt International Airport but it was to be terminated with high costs. The airline is now operating Dubai International Airport.
Its merger with Indian Airlines in 2011 resulted multiple problems during 2007-2011.
Star Alliance, the world’s largest global airline alliance, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, suspended nomination of Air India membership to join its list in August 2011 as airline fall short to meet the minimum standards.
Conspicuously, the government of India granted bailout package to Air India in April 2012.

    I have lost one baggage on flight no.AI 431 dated 8/10/16 from Delhi to Lucknow. My air India ticket no. Is 0982214098309 and tag no. Is AI 214002. There were 4 baggages when started in Delhi but received only 3 on arrival at Lucknow.

    Mene Amar Ujala news paper me add dekha phir hamne airport ground staff k liye apply kiya.
    Ma'am ne pehle verification k liye 1500 A/c me jama karne ko kaha, Next day call aya apka verification ho gaya hai. Ab aap apni dress ki naap likhwa kar hame email ya whatsapp kar de & dress ki security k liye 8500 Sneha Gupta SBI A/C me jama karne ko kaha aur phir jama karne k bad jab mene phone kiya toh kaha aaj shaam ko apka joining letter courier wala le kar ayega aur use bank raseed dikhana toh wo apka payment pura wapas kar dega. But courier ni aya. Next day Ma'am ne phone kiya phir kaha apka medical insurence ni hua isliye wo ni aa pay ab aapko insurence k liye 11500 Rs. Aaj 12 baje tak jama karna hai. Phir maine jama kiya maine pucha iske baad aur payment katna hoga mam toh kaha no yahi last payment baki tha aaj shaam ko apka joining letter total jitna amount apne jama kiya wo sab aapko wapas mil jayega aur wo ID card Dress bhi dega.
    But courier phir ni aaya. Next morning maam phone kiya aur kaha courier wale ko bakhshiesh chahiye warna wo ni aapyega. Apko 20000 jama karne hai aur aaj apko pakka letter mil jayega. Is 20000 me 10000 salary account k bataye baki ke 10000 courier wale k.

    dear sir
    I would like to inform you that the staff of lucknow airport are forcely demonding the money from the passenger and misbehave with the passengers. and every movement they checking like catchpenny for harassment the costomer. and it is very surprising that the cameras are not working in lucknow airport. when people are going out police also demonding the money from the passengers.and some people are asking about the flight tickets at the final gate those are not staff.how its possible to reach in lucknow withourt tickets. its a very insulting matter. so requesting you to make smoothness and comfortability with the passengers if possible. in whole world lucknow is very worst feeling by the passengers. many passengers moving thru the delhi or Mumbai due this reason . why I should pay the money unnecessary. I hope something will improve in lucknow to avoide the harassment the passengers

    Dear sir/madam,
    I am a Central Govt employee in Ordnance Factory Board under Ministry of Defence, Govt of India. I had booked my air ticket from Lucknow to Delhi by AI 432 with journey date on 05/07/2017 at 1410 hrs. But due to some accident on Kanpur Lucknow hghway which was not in my control, i could not reach airport in time and missed the flight.

    I claimed the amount of ticket from my office, it is asking a certificate that i did not journey by the flight and the ticket was not cancelled & no money was returned to me.

    I request you please issue the certificate so that i can claim the amount.
