Hello! pvr cinemas actual mai ludhiana se hu apna ik mall hai pvr flames malahr road .near kips market .wo log tickets ke sath 160rs choclate aur 200 koi voucher ke add krke tickets dete hai mai wha 21-nov-2021 ko wha movie dekhne geya tha wha ke koi manager hai M.r Harman unhone mujhe kha k sir ye sab lena jaroori hai wrna hum tickets nhi dete hai aur fir kaafi time hone ke baad jab kujh aur logo ne bola k aisa sirf yhi hota hai tab usne khi jaakr tickets di plz ik war wha randomly jaa kar check kijiyea wha ye sab bhaut pehle se hota hai aur is se apko jayda nuksaan hoga

I had booked 2 tickets for Marakkar- Arabikkaladinte Simham movie on 02/12/2021 at PVR Kukatpalli (Forum Sujana Mall) for a total amount of Rs 771/-. Afterwards, I got a call from PVR saying that the ticket was overpriced due to IT error and I was told that the ticket would be cancelled and full refund will given. I was asked to rebook and I rebooked the same seats, for the same movie in the same theatre for the same day as my booked seats became available again. The ticket was booked using amazon pay.
However, the refund for the first ticket is not yet given to me. Please refund the ticket amount of Rs 771 at the earliest.

Recently, on 11, may i went to pvr crown plaza,faridabad and booked two ticket for amount 360. But, your staff told me that we not received money. So i pay them again through UPI. And they told me that i get refund in 3-5 day. But not received yet

Hi ,
I just booked movie tickets(12-Aug-22) , 3 tickets for movie Raksha Bandhan for 13-Aug-22, my money got deducted from account but app shows transaction failure and i didn't get any tickets .
I also called PVR customer care but they didn't pick my call .
Kindly resolve this issue on priority and make my money refund .

I, a retired soldier of our Indian Army watched a movie alongwith my wife on 13/05/2023 @ 1.00PM. During whole period of the movie, From beginning,AC system was very interruptive causing suffocation and sweating. I called for the auth. online before interval, a staff member came and assured to do the thing right. but in vain. When the show was over, I called for the manager for the same and told the trouble but he completed the regular formality to say 'sorry'.
Kindly, look into the matter and ensure the sufficient AC supply or make alternative arrangement i.e. fans,etc.
