    I HAVE been having a land line No 044-23723002 for past 15 years , yesterday suddenly the was changed with another No 044 24730044 . NEITHER WE ASKED NOR MADE ANY REQUEST . THIS I BELIEVE HAS HAPPEN DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE . I WANT MY LAND LINE NO TO BE RESTORED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT . THIS IS CAUSING HUGE IN CONVENIENCE TO BOTH CUSTOMERS OF BSNL .     Sir,
    My Mobile Bills are paid under ECS
    from my account with Canara Bank, Velachery, Chennai -600042.
    I find that ECS are not effected for
    October 2017 and November 2017. On taking up the matter through my representative, I was informed that matter is to be taken up with Canara Bank. My represntative paid bill amount in cash.
    Now I observe that December 2017 Bill
    has not been debited through ECS.
    I have already taken up the matter with Canara Bank, Velachery ,chennai too.
    Please look into the problem and kindly resolve.
    The ECS mandate has been going on ever since I got the connection.
