Its been months I had given a samsumg tab for repair but returned it partially repaired.second time they wanted to check the battery.now they are saying battery is not available.what is use of having a service centre if they cannot provide satisfactory service?

Its just been a month that i bought the phone its galaxy a71.
Ive uninstalled all the unused app still battery drains very fast and heating up is the main problem though it as got snapdragon pracessor.
Lately i had some issue with its camera but somehow i managed to fix it.
So im really unsatisfied by it.
Everytime new problem pops out.
