Grossly negligent in performing service by lalita vyas:

I have given a my new TVS vehilce for servicing after lockdown at your Garapati garage service at bhavanipuram , vijayawada and i Thought it will be free service and they said as free service period of one year is over , we cannot accept free service and it will be a paid service and i said ok as the same .
I had no problems in my scooty before giving to service and given only for general check up .
They delivered the scooty in evening and i paid an amount of Rs.850/- by invoice bill.no.100732 dated 11.9.2020 and the scooty was not able to start after coming outside your showroom and again i visited your showroom to check whether my fuel is completed and the workers of your service station has kick start the vehicle and said as it was wash service now only there is a problem for start and there is not problem in the vehicle and i took the vehicle to home and they said if any problem they will sent technician to my home .
Again the vehicle stopped near by my house and i took it over my home and called your service next day and they send an technician and said the battery has to be replaced and we asked how the battery will diffuse as its near about 1-1.5 year only and there was no problem while i had given the vehicle to your showroom and he said the warranty is only for 1 year and they can do anything .
Vehicle is in right condition while giving to service and even after the paid service , they has not intimated any battery default to us and we have to change the new battery for the vehicle which is installed by uour technician by purchasing from K.S.Enterprises .
We had an unnecessary cost of servicing of Rs.850 and baterry cost of Rs.1450 with total Rs.2300/- with no use and have to cause all this inconvenience because servicing not performed in true sense at your service centre or all this is in vain .
How can an customer believe in your service . we are going to complain on this further if no action is taken.
