    This is one of your relied customer from Meerut, UP, India
    I bought LeTV2 mobile phone relying on your so called customer support and astounding features in September 2016,but as per the days has passed the customer support i have received is really disappointing and putting me to discontinue your service. I am in academics and relied too much on your device and so called customer service.
    Just to brief you about the issue, I accidentally broke the display of my phone, and went to your service provider named: IT GAIN, Begum Bridge Road Meerut (Attached le-eco.xlsx Sr No 195, Contacted with reference to the LeEco customer support website), the service provided me with an option of replacing the original display at a cost of 4600 INR(Bills attached) specifically with the assurance of replacing only with the genuine part and also the warranty and guarantee of the device would still exists without any changes in the same.
    But two days later only the device did not showed any display, to which i again have to get back to the service provider, to which they accepted the phone and told me to contact further. But since since my phone has not been repaired, and i have had to call them again and again asking for the update. Now i have been told that the phone cannot be repaired as per the physical damage policy. If there would have been any other issue in the phone its should have been told on my first visit, and i should not have been asked for further money. To which I request you to kindly look in the matter and resolve ASAP. I still have faith in your customer care. I request you to kindly repair the device or replace it as it still is in warranty.
    So far i have spent a good 16600 INR, and still I am not getting a functional device in my hand. Kindly look in to the matter else I have to get to consumer court.
