Dear Sir,
I had an occasion so as to use the avail the opportunity for filling the petroleum product from your Chhajpur Haryana on 09.10.2016
I have also lodge one complaint on 09-10-2016 in the complaint book. I want again advice as per the norms of Petroleum Authority. There must be two separate toilets for male and female. Here, on this retail outlet there is only single toilet, which is against the spirit of the policy of the Ministry of Petroleum Product.
You are, therefore, requested to kindly issue the facility separately for ladies and gents.
Hope you will consider the request. A line of reply shall be appreciated deeply, if it is convenience to the authorities.
