This is in ref.to consumer No.506442.Refill has been booked on 26.12.16,vide order ref.No.1160895511828849,order No.334204.Cylinder has been received on 08.01.17,vide cash Memo No.168279 dt.05.01.17.But the booking shown cancelled against cCash Memo No.168279 dt.05.01.17.Also we have not received subsidy till date.Please arrange to provide subsidy at the earliest.

I want to say that i have booked gas for delivery two times for lqast 15 days. Last booking details are as

But till date no delivery is done by at your end and you delivery agent MR RAJESH (+91 83079 39889) is not receiving my calls. We are suffering from this issue very hardly as we have to manage our food from outside. So please resolve this very soon.
