Setting Problem by Manoranjan Kumar:

We purchased HTC Desire 826 in the last week of May. I experience following problem from initial day itself.
1. As soon as the call comes, it automatically goes into silent mode.
2. Even saved number in mobile display unknown.
3. When any one call, it does not display the number due to which I can not call back.
Kindly guide me how to rectify this. Do I need to visit the service centre or you can guide on phone.
